Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 August 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Enduric ("Enduric", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of the Enduric website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use Enduric. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are able to form a binding contract.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization (such as a club), you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Your account and sign-in
You can create an account with an email address and password, or by using a supported third-party sign-in provider such as Google, Facebook, or Strava. When you sign in with a provider, you authorize us to receive a limited set of profile information from that provider as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date where it affects other users (for example, results linked to public races).
4. The Service
Enduric is a community platform for endurance athletes. Features may include race catalogs, results, reviews, social feeds, clubs, messaging, and optional integrations such as Strava import.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Beta or experimental features are provided "as is" and may be unstable or changed without notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, misleading, or that infringes the rights of others;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation, results, or identity;
- upload viruses or malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
- scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without our prior written permission;
- spam, send unsolicited messages, or use the Service to distribute advertising without authorization; or
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
6. User content
You retain ownership of the content you submit, including profile information, reviews, messages, and uploaded results ("User Content"). You grant Enduric a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, and display your User Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
You are responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to the community.
Your race history. The races you record and the finishing and split times you review, confirm, and publish are your User Content. You ask us to keep that history as a durable record of your athletic career, and you agree that we will retain it for as long as your account remains open or until you delete the individual result. Where an optional integration such as Strava helped you recall those times, the published result is still your own content: you reviewed the numbers, you could edit them, and you chose to publish them. Disconnecting an integration removes the data we obtained from it but does not delete the race history you have published.
7. Reviews and race data
Race information, results, and reviews come from athletes and external sources and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences; you may not post fake, incentivized, or malicious reviews. We may moderate, edit metadata, or remove content to maintain catalog quality.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content we provide (excluding User Content), is owned by Enduric or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
9. Third-party services and integrations
The Service may integrate with third parties such as Google, Facebook, and Strava. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the relevant third party's terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
No affiliation or endorsement. These companies are independent of Enduric. Enduric is not endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, or affiliated with Google, Facebook, or Strava, and none of them is responsible for the Service or for any content on it. All third-party names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the relevant integration.
No warranty over third-party data or availability. We do not warrant the availability, accuracy, completeness, or continued operation of any third-party service, or of any data obtained through it. A third party may change, limit, suspend, or terminate our access to its platform at any time and without notice, which may cause an integration to stop working or a feature to be withdrawn. We are not liable for any loss arising from such a change, from the unavailability of a third-party service, or from inaccuracies in the data it supplies. You remain responsible for checking that any times or race details you publish are correct.
If an integration ends.Should our access to a third-party platform end, we will stop using that platform, delete the data obtained from it in accordance with that platform's terms, and inform affected users that the integration has been discontinued.
For Strava specifically, see our Strava Data page, Section 6 of our Privacy Policy, and Strava's Terms of Service.
10. Health, safety, and assumption of risk
Endurance sports involve inherent risks. Enduric provides information and community features only and does not provide medical, training, nutritional, or safety advice. You are solely responsible for your health and training decisions and should consult a qualified professional before beginning or changing any program.
You assume all risks associated with participating in races, training, and activities you discover, plan, or record through the Service.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any data will be accurate or complete.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enduric and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enduric and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the community or the Service. You may stop using Enduric and request deletion of your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Enduric's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts there, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and where appropriate we will provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
